I bought this for my bird, who started plucking, on October 26th. It was expected to be delivered November 4th. They didn't ship for nearly 2 weeks. I now have an arrival date of November 20th. 3 weeks after I paid. That's not good business, and I've never been given any explanation. I did send 2 messages asking for date of shipping or tracking.
