I couldn't figure out the message " clan out the foam from the carriage. Maybe this happened in shipping, since it may have needed more packing material inside. I have put in in a stronger box to ship it back today. I do have pictures if needed, Thank you

I get it’s a used item and a weird shape to find a box for, but at least wrap it in paper first to avoid further damage.
