Seller listed this item as new and it arrived well used:
-The box was ripped open & the protective covering removed.
-The back of the mat was scratched up
-The packaging had stains on it that appeared to be snot
The seller admitted to incorrectly listing the item and offered a 10$ refund. We later agreed to a 20$ partial refund.
Intentionally selling a damaged item as new for pure greed alone is the same as theft.

The ad states the condition is new meaning it is supposed to be new in an unopened box. The box had clearly been opened previously . The packaging was very poorly done and the box was in bad condition unlike in the picture. A piece of plastic trim is broken and there is a dent and scratch in the metal. If I could do it over I would buy a new one from a dealer.
