The seller sent me a damaged card and sold it as if it were not damaged. When contacted, he said he would file an insurance claim. After many follow ups and opening cases, no response whatsoever. This is a scammer who purposely sold a damaged card and delayed resolution to try to weasel his way out of a return. I am thoroughly disappointed.
