Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has informed me that the Item sent is suspected on reasonable grounds that there is an unacceptable level of biosecurity risk associated with the goods.
Therefore they have taken action to destroy the item and I agree with their decision.
I do not expect any replacements and any further action is not required.
