The buyer never contacted us that he didn't receive the shipment. During the investigation, it turned out that the shipment was not allowed into the customs territory of Canada because the pellets contained in the package were prohibited in Canada. We have no influence on the decisions of customs services in the destination country. By the way, we could give the money back or ship the pellets again to buyer using regular mail but the customer never contacted us.
