The headphones were in excellent condition, as described, except that they smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The seller was unhelpful when I contacted him. He said, "there is absolutely no way you should detect any smoke" and didn't offer any further help/comment.

Buyer started a conversation in which i replied to her answer about her query, the buyer could easily just pressed the return item button instead she wanted to message me and must have been thinking i would offer some kind of refund when a return process is readily available to her, she replied "never mind" instead of continuation of the conversation. These headphones were pre owned and whilst in my pocession for a short time they were kept in air tight conditions.
