Frais de livraison ok mais frais de douane trop élevé sur la fiche du produit il était indiqué qu’il y aurait des frais de douane mais de la à payer 12€ supplémentaires cela fait cher l’article. Après achat je vois que cette fois-ci le montant est indiqué. Il me répond par message qu’il n’es pas responsable des frais engendrés or avec l’habitude et le nombre de vente il est censé connaître à minima le montant de ces frais. Dommage parce que le produit est arrivé bien emballé.
