Poor quality and poor service😢 . Mis-matched gloves, different leather and colour -one had been worn , one stitched wrongly. Seller denied responsibility and would not even issue a partial refund to compensate. Bad coms - total waste of time and money 😒😒 Offer to send back/ return does not qualify as good service - purchased these to use at an event . No good here... 🤦♂️

Gloves 100% new, made by us from the same cut hide of leather in house so we know our quality. Buyer from the outset wanted £10 reduction. Offered a full refund & offered to replace at our expense, 100's of happy previous customers. Replied in a polite manner immediately to all messages ??? Buyer opened a case which went in our favour with eBay stating NO FAULT or ours. Then immediately after the buyer did not win the case they opened the unfortunate side of eBay feedback system?
