This item was advertised as new, but is clearly a used or refurbished item. The box was previously opened, and the tape was cut. There are marks on the camera, and dirt under the packaging tape, as seen in the attached pictures. The camera is not new, but was described as new in this seller's post. I contacted the seller days ago, and never received any response. This is unacceptable.
