Seller sold a used unit as new (NIB) at a slight higher than new price tag. There was a small crack in a can window, a small crack at the top of one cab door, and the cab light was missing all together! It looks like there might also be a piece that fits around the cab light bulb that is missing. The model is nice but it was not new as advertised.

Was no DCC decoder like said in description was some damages on locomotive and tender was not new as description said

The description was accurate and said, "DCC Ready", the pictures clearly showed the same as the box even says, "DCC Ready - equipped with 8 pin plug". This buyer did not reach out to us, just instantly gave a bad feedback for their inability to read a description. Then he says, "I tested it and it doesn't work, just buzzes" which sends immediate flags that they have blown it up. We will still honor the return, however this negative comment is false and is the result of the buyer not reading.
