The touch of the handcrafted wooden really gives some personality to your camera body. The little bit of extra length in the grip is also fantastic. My hands are a little on the larger side and so when I grip my XH2, my pinky is always underneath the body and cramps up all the time. This Grip fixed that, makes my camera body look unique and the overall handling experience of the camera so much more fun and easy to use. Fantastic accessory! Also, I'm 5'11 if that helps any.
