I was really disappointed this item never arrived, and when I asked the seller whether or not they shipped the item, they told me they had and offered me a refund. I’m leaving positive feedback because of how easy communication was with the seller. As much as I would’ve preferred my purchase to arrive, I can only assume the delivery team left it at the wrong address and place no blame on the seller who was sympathetic of the situation.
