Unitamente all’invio della lettera raccomandata o a mezzo e-mail, il cliente è tenuto ad inviare tramite corriere la merce, disponendola in imballo adeguato in modo da garantirne l’integrità durante il trasporto. Tale imballo, come per la comunicazione scritta, dovrà essere inviato entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce acquistata all'indirizzo della sede della gioielleria Licciardi.

La merce sarà sottoposta a controllo per garantire che la merce non sia stata usata e non presenti alcun segno di incuria e usura, si precisa che solo se il controllo avrà esito positivo si procederà con il bonifico di accredito.
