They sent an item that did not match the picture. Dragged out communication process. Refused refund or to send the correct item. Then they changed the picture in the middle of the process of trying to negotiate a replacement. Read the fine print. You will be stuck with it. It’s a bait and switch and you will be in the hook for postage back to China for a $11 item. That’s how they get you.

boomstore_fs did finally get back to me and admitted that there was a problem with the supplier who had changed the item that was sent. They changed the picture on their own listings to be more accurate in the future. They also took responsibility for the error and issued a refund. In the end, they finally came through, made corrections to their listings, and remediated the transaction. Thank you.
