I inquired about this piece as a bday present 🎁 only because it showed it had a solid bell for pendent. I paid extra &been contacting seller since May to produce solid back . Yet it’s June & he STILL is acting like he don’t understand I’ve showed pictures & all of what I wanted & didnt want @ this point I’m Ready to take my business elsewhere… total disappointment ‼️
