The typewriter was not in good working order upon arrival. The text screen hinge pivot was broken most likely because of half-assed packaging with wadded up papper. However, the ribbon entangled in the carriage mechanism was not caused by packaging. I want my money back.

Typewriter was absolutley in working order when shipped. The buyer reached out prior to and after purchase was made with questions through ebay messaging. Over the last 10 days the buyer has had this in his possession not once have I heard back prior to this post that there was a single issue. Now he wants refund without shipping back. I offer free returns on all items which protects the sellers if there would be an issue during shipping,
