Scrivo e chiamo il venditore che mi tranquillizza dicendomi che provvederà subito con la sostituzione. Prende tempo ogni volta, fin quando stanco dei continui rimandi apro reclamo ma furbamente era scaduto il mese. Dopo averlo contattato si è reso prima scortese, poi ha smesso di rispondere.
