Airpod was either a scam or not working b/c I tried everything - even went to Apple store and we could not pair the new pod with my other one. I want to return it and get my money back and no one is helping me. :-(

I think this negative reveiw is a bit dramtic. We were literally exchanging emails as I tried to help you. My last email is below, sent 3-6, letting you know to return it if it's not working and I don't hear from you until now?
"I'm sorry you are having issues with the item that you purchased....Please open a return ticket which will then provide you a mailing label. When I receive it, I will be able to refund your money."
