When you emailed me about this I sent you all the tracking progress. The USPS is showing it is in transit but arriving late. This negative was totally uncalled for. It has been in the hands of the post office since the day you ordered it. How is this my fault?

Because I never received the correct product, they sent me something completely different. I got a refund, great! But I never got the product they advertised and that I ordered. Not sure how they may be thinking that this was a great resolution. What it was was a great waste of my time!
