I ordered a PC power supply listed as New - Open Box. When it arrived it did seem to be in good condition, but a few components were missing from inside, like the bag that holds spare cables and the main AC power cord to the wall. I'm guessing this was a returned item that someone just took what they wanted out of. The seller responded quickly and gave a partial refund for the cost of a replacement cable, but it still seems like something that should have been checked beforehand.
