Through no fault or knowledge of the seller, I'm sure, the factory size tag was incorrect: it was marked as a 7 1/8 but it fit like a 7...or "didn't fit", it turns out. Great packaging - really, great packaging that could stand abuse with your hat arriving unscathed or crushed or warped. Real shame, cuz that hat was gorgeous.
