I am posting this after no response from the seller to try to explain what happened or to make right about what happened in shipping the product. The way you shipped the instruments was ridiculous and quite lazy. They were not $2 items and were expensive to me. Also one of the hand pcs was either damaged in the shipping or I suspect you were not very honest about the actual condition of one of the hand pcs. Really disappointing and complete lack of care and respect for the product and buyer.
