Purchased item on a 24 hrs Royal Mail delivery. The package never turned up, messaged the seller, no response, called the business number was told that a message would be passed on, no response. Called the business again, told that the person who runs the account was away, no one else can deal with the issue. Requested a refund, quickest thing to happen with this order. NOTE to seller, if you’re going away don’t promise a 24 hrs delivery or get someone to stand in.
