Sad and disappointing experience. Only the 3rd time in 25 years on eBay I’ve had to leave negative feedback. Glass needs to be properly protected for shipping, it was not. That is a fact. Everything else after that is just excuses. Very poor communication skills make for a frustrating experience seeking a resolution. I would avoid buying anything of any value from this seller, but that decision is up to you, potential customer. I paid the full amount for replacing the glass, seller paid $0.Fact.

don't believe what you read. I received a message from the buyer that the lithograph was well packaged but unfortunately arrived with broken glass . My reply to them was what do you think is a fair solution . I never heard back from them until the next day saying they had taken frame to a shop and had the glass replaced and the total was $157.00 and that $100 was fair ???? the lithograph sold for $100 . never gave me an estimate just went ahead and had it repaird with fancy glass on their own
