Bethany Curve was formed in Santa Cruz, California in 1994. Introducing their long standing motto, 'Atmostphere | Arrangement | Sound | Layering | Noise', the band has stuck to it without distraction. Over the last several years, Bethany Curve have released 5 records with both Unit Circle of Seattle and Kitchen Whore Records of California. Bethany Curve's music is best described as strange, complex, and often melancholy. Bethany Curve's 5th record, Flaxen, takes the band's dreamy yet intricate guitar sound to a new level. Each song has it's own storyline, containing unexpected twists and turns, fused with well-matched male vocals.
