Unfortunately, the item was not in the condition as described by the seller (NM/M 9.8). That being said, Quality Comix costumer service responded quickly to my request and offered me refund options. I returned the item for a full refund which I assume will post shortly. The assumption is an honest mistake not worthy of negative feedback.
