Had an issue with the product. Seller did try to fix it remotely. He then blamed my car. I arranged to try the laptop on another car and try a know to work laptop on my car. In the end I found that my car was okay and that the product was faulty as it didn’t work on mine and another vehicle.
During the remote repair the seller became rude and said I was wasting his time. Once I had started the refund process he became even ruder.
Personally I recommend you avoid.

Because you are the scammer who used the product and sent it back claiming the item is defective, I have supplied all evidence to eBay showing the returned laptop and leads work as they should on several cars. It is impossible that it doesn't work only on your car. I have zero tolerance for those who abuse eBay buyer policies. I presume your negative feedback is a reaction to my comments about reporting you to eBay.
