    Said they were factory shiny, 1 was and 3 weren't close. Tires all dry rotted, he stated they were in great condition in the listing they were junk and 3 of the wheels were all chipped up and dull having been sprayed with clear that he hid by spraying water over them in the listing photos. Then to top it off accuses me of switching his scrap and no returns. Here are photos after 3 hrs. cleaning. You can easily tell one is factory and 3 are junk. Lied in the title and lied in the description.
