The Seller is Great! Excellent service, no problems. However, the product, although Factory sealed, still has a defect on disc one of Spider-Man. During playback, the disc freezes in 2 different areas of the Movie (1 in the beginning, then the other near the end). After watching it through, I removed and inspected the disc and found "scratches" but not topical. These are deep within the disc, so it's from the Manufacturer and not the reseller. The other 2 disc's played flawlessly.
