The sellers packaged the boots perfectly and the boots were brand new. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the manufacturer incorrectly marked the tag 9M but they were 10.5 M. This was by no way the fault of the seller; they did an excellent job. L.L. Bean needs to get it together and hire people that can read and count numbers above 5. I will give these to my son who has feet the size of boats (10.5 EE ).
