According to ebay the seller is located in Buffalo New York but the item came from Canada. When it arrived the card was in a plain envelope in a top loader but with no sleeve. Condition was listed as near mint or better, but all the edges are chipped and corners are lifted, looks like there was water damage at some point. Seller should be more transparent.
