I ordered a fountain pen off this seller.
He sent me a ballpoint pen, which I have absolutely no use for.
I put in a 'wrong item' report to Ebay and asked him to send me the fountain pen I'd ordered.
The seller assured me he would send the the right pen, so I closed the 'wrong item' report - but the pen he assured me he would send never arrived. So I think he did that simply to get the 'wrong item' report to Ebay closed, knowing it cannot be reopened.
Very shifty. Don't use them.
