    Leaving positive feedback, but it came in kinda poorly packed with ends sticking out of the box, therefore both ends are slightly bent.

    We are sorry there appears to be transit damage to this item. We were aware this was travelling internationally and made sure the packing should have stood up to rough treatment. It may be that customs opened the package for inspection and repackaged badly. We have contacted the customer to look at the cause and to do what we can to make sure this doesn't happen again.
