Expected the scratches and the I knew the shoulder strap was missing - but I almost threw out the one one ring that attaches the handle to the purse because it's not quite right either and was loose in the tissue paper. Overall it is a nice stadium bag( that I'll add a nice long shoulder strap to) and it was a good bargain.
