The item was very well pictured from different angles. I'm not a manufacturer of this or any other item that I'm selling on eBay. As a seller, my only responsibility is to clearly picture and describe the item. And I did that pretty well. It looks like the buyer doesn't understand difference between item review and feedback to the seller. I asked the buyer to review the feedback left, but the buyer refused to do that
