This seller is not friendly. A week after I ordered, I noticed the order hadn't shipped. I sent an inquiry and the seller blamed the post office then generated the shipping label after my inquiry. Rather than take responsibility, the seller was condescending and then ended up sending something not as described. Made no effort to resolve the issue.

I have a 5-day shipping policy. The buyer got mad because I didn't ship the ink within their time frame and threatened me to send them a partial refund. When I didn't, they made a false return and forced eBay to give them their money back, all to be petty because they didn't get their way. They wanted me to ship their item the next day before payment cleared because they wanted to use my item for profit
