The item never arrived due to Royal Mail losing it. I contacted the seller to try and resolve the case - the seller did give a tracking number as initially, none was provided. However, when the seller provided a tracking number, they clearly stated they were not willing to refund.
I asked eBay to step in as the item was lost - to this day, I have never received the item. Royal Mail has failed us both.
