I've contacted the seller using your website but received no response. The Alta HR will not hold a charge, and does not setup properly. I spent over 5 hours trying to resolve these issues to include calling Fitbit's help center to no avail. I asked to return this item to the shipper for a credit but he did not respond. Let's see what Ebay can do.
