this item has been posted out ,,not my fault royal mail did not deliver as there was an issue with your address,, then i get this feedback on the 14th and then a request on the 23rd asking for a replacement, that i was more than willing to do but after seeing this a refund fits go buy somewhere else to mend your rug hows that for being unreasonable ,,
