Arrived with the head nearly broken off. However, The box was undamaged and the duck was wrapped in bubble wrap, although not well wrapped. I don’t know how it could have gotten broken in transit. Seller’s response was “you’ll need to file a claim. You already purchased it.” No concern at all.
