It's not that the ceramic dispenser isn't lovely, it is the fact that it arrived with a chip, not a recent one, it's clear, at the top, and the dispensing device has some of its gold finish missing. It also arrived with some soap remaining in it so, as a result, the packing and the dispenser were coated with this icky soap so not a pleasant process. In any event, I knew it was not new but I do think the seller should point out details that will prove disappointing to the buyer.
