I got it fast but had to send it back to Dell because it was defective in the keyboard. I worked with Dell tech for 1 1/2 hours but it needed repaired. I never did get it set up, it failed before that. This doesn't mean that Dell isn't a good company, they do stand behind their products. I have a Dell desktop that has been a good unit for 7 years!
