Sales details said " fully assembled" It is not , requres assembly using 16 bolts - allen key provided. 3 bolts would not tighten - had to raid my screw chest for replacements. Now sturdy and satisfactory. Overall quite pleased , but annoying niggles. Came well packaged Sales details advised offers accepted. My offer was ignored, so I paid asking price.
