Made Offer to buy 2 of the speakers, seller agreed, local pickup (I live 3 hrs) ended up day after i placed the order a death in the family, emailed the seller if he minded it i sent him labels since the speakers where advertised as in factory boxes, tried to call him several times to arrange things with him no response, finally responded back to i "canceled the order and refunded your money" tried to call him several times no response, he relisted the speakers for $200 more, reported to ebay

This is a very dishonest feedback, you made an offer under the pretense of local pickup, less than an hour after your purchase there is a "death in the family" and you want to provide us your own shipping label to send these to some other address than what you have listed. We can not overlook eBay rules when you check out under local pickup or we are not provided seller protection, we will also not deal with buyers that lie in order to subvert paying shipping costs. Feedback will be removed.
