The item was advertised as NEW. When I opened the box, it was clear that the item was not new. There were water stains in the coffee maker reservoir. Also, the chrome disk that is inserted on the bottom of the coffee maker was missing. I sent an email to the vendor apprising them of my disappointment asking for a reduction in price. I have not received a response
