Item was Well Packed, I've sold many of these Figurines over the years & never a complaint. Buyer manhandled the parcel roughly upon opening, which caused the damage, since during the email exchange she pointed out how EVERYTHING she orders ends up broken, etc. I never demanded anything except Pictures of the damage, which is standard procedure. She was Fully Refunded after I received the item, again standard procedure. Her email exchange was RUDE, HOSTILE, OBTUSE & CONTRARY. *BLOCK THIS BUYER!!
