L’apparecchio ricevuto era in discrete condizioni,ma nella utilizzazione pratica dopo i bip (altri 10 euro per la batteria non inclusa) ho constatato che l’ amplificazione del suono era praticamente inesistente.Un audioprotesista interpellato mi ha chiesto 50 euro per la regolazione senza la garanzia che il problema potesse essere risolto.Ho rinunciato ovviamente.In conclusione soldi buttati anche perché non è prevista la restituzione

A totally unfair and unfounded feedback. Firstly, when you buy a used hearing aid, you have to have it programmed by a local audiologist to fit your hearing loss. It costs money, of course but how is it the seller`s fault? Secondly, there were no batteries advertised in the listing, buyer complains there are no batteries...Finally, buyer never asked for a refund, yet he complains there is no refund. This is my first and definitely undeserved negative feedback, very disappoining...
