Seller accepted the offer and the label was created on May 27th, but not given to the carrier. The expected delivery was Fri, May 31 - Mon, Jun 3. As of the 4th, the seller still had not given it to the carrier, so I attempted to contact the seller a couple of times but the seller never responded.
I filed a dispute with eBay and eBay refunded my money.
