Purchased an item from this "Top Rated Seller" on April 13th. Seller "stopped the eBay shipping clock" by quickly creating a Tracking Number, but my purchase was never shipped. Waited patiently for 5 days, then read seller's feedback: same "never shipped my item" complaint from SIXTEEN different buyers. I messaged the seller on the 18th, 20th, and 22nd - no response. Ebay refunded my money on the 26th, but as of May 2, no response from seller. Top Rated Seller?
